- Vocab Version History
-
- New in Version 1.8:
-
- - Sound support! You can now record and import sounds for words to play back
- during tests, flashcard tests and slide shows. Sounds are embedded in word
- list files, and as well as System 7 Sounds Vocab can import any sound that
- QuickTime supports (including MP3/MP2 with QuickTime 4.) Sound support
- requires a PowerPC-based machine (includes PowerMacs, iMac, iBook, G3
- and G4.)
-
- - Press Command-Period at any time to stop a playing sound.
-
- - Made a typo? Use QuickEdit! Just type “Q” in a test while “Try Again” is showing and
- you can change the wrong word straight away!
-
- - You can now run slide shows in sequential order.
-
-
- New in Version 1.7.2:
-
- - Fixed a bug causing unsual error messages when adding words to saved,
- unsorted lists.
-

- use the word list font now.
- - You can now control-click on the correct answer text in test windows and
